Both folders, Level 4 Math and Alberta Math 30 contain Authorware RunTime software version 1.7 (titled RunAPM). This RunTime version works well with most machines, but does not work with Quadras, PowerBooks and other newer models.
If you are using either of the Math courses on a high-end machine suchg as a Quadra or PowerBook, you will need to replace the RunAPM software which is included in both Math folders with RunAPM 1.7.1 Runtime software which is included in this folder. Simply open the folder entitled 1.7.1 version of RunAPM and drag its contents into the copy of the math folder you have made on your hard disk.
Please note that on many low-end machines such as the Macintosh Plus, you can not use version 1.7.1 of the RunTime system. This means that you can not have low-end machines which need RunAPM 1.7 and high-end machines which need RunAPM 1.7.1 operating from a common file on a single file server.
